  Super price and super service.
  
  Purchased a Canon G15 from 42nd St Photo. They had the best price, free shipping and best service I have ever had purchasing photo equipment.
  
  Got a courtesy call after the order making certain that everything was OK. They offered an upgrade to 2 day service at no charge.
  
  They couldnt have done anything better. Wish everyone was like this.

  Again this Camera Store gets my Vote as top seller. Don’t be fooled by others, these guys have been my choice for gear for many years. Cannon 5D Mark lll and 70-200mm USM ll was shipped free with no problems. Sales team with these company made it a pleasure to do business. Thank You will see you again soon for the 24-70 USM ll

  I called both the sales line and the customer service line at 9:50 AM to purchase a canon G-15. One online price had it listed for 388.95 , but when I arrived at the purchase page, the price was 419.95
  No matter, no one answered the phone after 25 rings. That answered my question about the customer service. Conclusion: can’t complain about customer service because THERE ISN’T ANY.

  I recently purchased a Canon SX230 HS camera online from 42nd Street Photo, and cannot say enough good things about the experience.   I was extremely impressed with 42nd St Photo. I would be bold enough to say they have the lowest prices and best customer service I’ve seen in a long time – which is a HUGE part of success in any realm. Had the best price for the camera I was purchasing at the time, no tax, free shipping. When I needed to receive the camera earlier, they shipped it quickly with no hassle at all. I received my camera today and am so excited to start using it. As I’m realizing my need/want for more accessories, 42nd St Photo will be the only place I go.

  I did a lot of research online before choosing a camera from 42nd street photo. I’m so glad that I did. I love the camera and they had great customer service. When I had to return a faulty battery (no fault of the stores), they immediately helped me out. I definitely recommend them.

  I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS10. The camera was available in different colors and even more importantly it was in stock. This is my second camera I’ve purchased from them and will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

  Just received the Panasonic Lumix TS3. 42nd street photo had the absolute lowest prices on the internet. The camera even arrived a day earlier than promised by the initial shipping. Customer service was very cordial and all communications were promptly responded to. I will definitely order from 42nd street photo the next go around.

  I bought the Sony NEX-5N camera from 42nd street photo. Great customer service, very fast shipping. I did extended research and I couldn’t find a better price on that camera. I will do buisness again with 42nd Street photo!

  After doing quite a bit of camera research I decided on the Sony NEX-5N. To my dismay there were not many stores with this in stock. 42nd Street Photo not only had it in stock bust was $20 less expensive than anywhere else. I had never ordered from 42nd Street Photo in the past but I knew their name and trusted them. I placed the order on Wednesday morning, the camera shipped on Thursday and I received it on Friday. Overall I am very happy with the purchase process. 42nd Street Photo will now be the first place I visit for my digital photography needs. Great job guys!

  I was in the market for a Canon T3i and spent several hours searching the web for the best price. I again ended up purchasing from 42nd Street Photo as I have in the past. They had the best price at the time and they followed up with a phone call to make sure I had everything I wanted on my order. They were very friendly and helpful.   This purchase has been a good experience. I used my foreign Bank Card and did not enter the correct billing adress. This was picked up and sorted out quickly by 42nd Street Photo customer service. It was handled in a very proffesional manner and I did not experience any delays due to my error.

  After all the online research, 42nd Street photo had the most competitive price for Canon T3i 18-135mm kit. Placing the order was easy and the camera arrived in 3 days with free shipping. The free lens cleaning kit followed, a week days later. Excellent buy and the best pictures ever. I would definitely recommend 42photo to a friend and would surely buy again from here!

  My fiancee just gave me my birthday present yesterday and it was a BEAUTIFUL sony DIGITAL camera that i’ve been DYING to have for a LONG time now!!! I didn’t think he was going to get me the TOP Of the LINE brand NEW sony cyber-shot cause I know we made mention of how pricey they can be but when I seen it I was in such SHOCK! Not only was it SHIPPED fast and keep him posted daily on his status of the order but the price was THE Best price we’ve seen!!!!   My Sony NEX-5 camera is beautiful, but not as beautiful as the guys at 42nd street photo! They took care of my order, addressed my concerns and gave me a great deal on a kick-ass piece of technology. I would reccomend these guys any day.

  Among the more trusted places, 42St Photo had the best pricing on my Nikon (D7000 body only). The ordering process was simple, and the the delivery was reasonably fast for UPS Ground. I would do business with them again on my next camera, and I would recommend that you consider 42st Photo for your next purchase as well.

  I had done a lot of research on the internet about cameras as I was about to trade up to a more sophisticated camera. Not that I would necessarily grow more sophisticated with it, unfortunately. After choosing a Canon rebel T3i, I began looking for places to make a purchase. I came across 42nd St. Photo and noticed prices were lower for the same camera than other places. I did some exploring on the web site and found they have lots of information, lots of gear. These guys know their camera “stuff”, so, I purchased my camera here. It’s a great camera ! All I have to do is get my little brain around all the things it can do.
