  I am a repeat customer of 42nd Street Photo. Many years ago I bought Nikon SLR equipment from 42nd Street. More recently, I bought a Canon video camera from 42nd Street and was satisfied with the price, service, and shipping speed.

  So I returned to 42nd Street Photo to look for a DSLR. Once again, the selection offered by 42nd Street included all of the products I was looking to compare (Canon T2i, T3i, Nikon D3100, D5000). Also, the price offered by 42nd Street Photo was among the best, if not the best, available. Having had a good experience with 42nd Street in the past, I purchased my DSLR from 42nd Street.

  Because the DSLR is a birthday gift, I wanted to make sure it arrived by a certain date. With the holiday schedules, I was concerned about missing the date, so I called after my order to upgrade shipping. However, once I checked the delivery date with UPS, the original ‘free’ ground shipping was going to make it in time. I called customer service to see if they could accommodate me and received excellent service from your representative. He told me they valued my business and would adjust the bill so that I did not pay for the expedited shipping and my shipping mode was left unchanged with the ‘free’ ground service. This was exceptional service in my opinion and meant a lot to me as I was trying to stay within a budget and had already exceeded it a bit before the expedited shipping.

  The next time we need audio or video equipment or accessories, 42nd Street Photo with be the first place I turn. I have already told several coworkers about my superb experiences. Thank you and happy new year.

  We very happy with 42nd Street Photo. My Husband got a digital cameras for me for Christmas it would not work with lens that I had. So we call back and was able to exchange for the one that would work with my lens. They would very nice about and easy to work with. I love my new Camera.
